Therefore we developed lean workshop formats – Scrum certified product managers guide the clients team together with our design team in order to guarantee success.

Design Thinking Workshop:

“Work Alone - Together”

An innovative format with a guided co-creation process.
Within a few steps stakeholders can create, under the guidance of our designers, a huge variety design concepts and product scenarios. Instead of soporific group brainstorming we trust in the creativity of each individual and provide the toolset so that they reach their potential. For this workshop we apply mentored collaborative “Work Alone - Together” activities.

Duration: min. 3 hours / max. 6 hours

Interdisciplinary Workshop Week:

“Sprint Design Workshop”

Sprints are the fastest way to get to the root of your problems. We create, build and evaluate projects right from the start to determine potential success.
We are able to prove, if a concept has the potential to be developed or not. This reduces the financial risk significantly and allows companies to make informed decisions based on reliable results.

Duration: min. 2 days / max. 5 days

Leadership Workshop:

“Transformation Design - Disrupt your Business”

Environmental impacts, such as COVID-19 create the need for fast transformation of companies.
This format is designed to master the global challenges we are currently facing, e.g digitalization, global warming and business disruption.
By involving only deciders in the process, the workshop is made to conceptualize and evaluate strategical paths.

Duration: min. 3 hours / max. 6 hours
